Junior and Senior Infants have had a great start to springtime. We have spoken about new life and the beautiful flowers we may see during this season. We painted an impressive daffodil display and we walked around our local environment where we noticed some buds and the first signs of spring. We were very fortunate to have a special visitor, a lamb who was only 2 days old! We also celebrated St. Patrick's Day and created some lovely leprechauns and shamrocks! We had a class parade while chanting some songs and poems in the sunshine. Finally, we were really lucky to have a visit from the very talented Mr. Keane who taught us all about the uileann pipes. Our sketches of Mr. Keane playing his instrument were remarkable. School days really are the best days!
